Lightly buff the powder into the skin using the puff.For an airbrushed effect and fuller coverage, first apply your Covergirl foundation of choice and finish off your look by using the loose powder to set your makeup. Follow the same steps as mentioned above to apply the powder, buffing more into the skin if desired.
