Not too pigmented. Works well for beginners. Easy to apply. Would not get again I'd give it a better highlight and I'd definitely invest in this product. Best for light skin tones. I actually think it is pretty universal. Like if you have darker skin you could use the bronzer for a highlight. I just really like it. It blends out really good and it looks like it is really like glittery but once you blend out the bronzer and the blush it doesn't look glittery or sheen at all. The highlighter could be intense but you can also tone it down.
