We suggest using an oil-based make-up remover (containing Paraffinum Liquidum) or baby oil to remove this mascara. Apply makeup remover or baby oil to your lashes. Leave the makeup remover or baby oil on your lashes for a few seconds to let it soak in. Wipe it away gently with a cotton pad or cotton ball. Repeat as needed. This is not the experience we hope for you to have, and we will be sure to share your feedback with the appropriate teams. <br /><br />We have included some tips below to prevent your lashes from clumping when applying mascara:<br />-Make sure your previous mascara has been completely removed and there is no residual make-up remover on your lashes. <br />- When applying the product, place the brush at the base of your lashes and glide it to the tips. This will leave a smooth, even coating of mascara on your lashes. <br />-Also, try wiggling or zigzagging the brush while gliding the brush from the base of your lashes to the tip.
