It’s pretty good!
Just bought another bottle, it's been a great mouthwash! It truly does give you a nice deep clean, after you brush your teeth. The one thing people may not like is the foaming or bubbling it does. But it doesn't bother me much.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - nenyaabrownReviewed 7 months ago
Keep up the freshness
I haven't had the pleasure of not experiencing this tasty product. I was actually given a sample by my dentist, so I'm not sure of the cost, but due to the quality, I'm sure I will purchase it soon.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - Reviewed 8 months agoSí, recomiendo
helped me avoid surgery
I have been using this product along with crest antibacterial toothpaste for the past year hoping to avoid impacted wisdom tooth surgery. I wanted to avoid surgery after the surgeon informed me that my wisdom tooth was laying sideways and was in my sinus cavity, and I would likely have to have sinus surgery afterwards. It's been one year and using this combination has kept me from getting reoccurring infections in that tooth, and therefore avoiding surgery. The one thing I don't like about it is the foaming but if that's what it takes for it to work then I'll accept it. Perhaps the people who had adverse reactions were keeping it in their mouth too long? I can't use any mouthwash without gagging so therefore I only use it for maybe 10 to 15 seconds at a time.0 users found this review helpful. - pinkstar88Reviewed 8 months ago
No burning and no dyes
This is by far the best mouthwash I've tried recently. I like that it doesn't have the burning feeling you get with most mouthwash and the fact that it's not full of the super heavy dyes. It's a clean mint taste.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on influenster.com - SeddinsReviewed 8 months ago
Caused severe irritation
After the second use (a day apart) my parotids swelled up and my mouth turned dry. My tongue began to develop dark green-to-black discoloration. There's something wrong with this stuff!
I routinely use a different Crest mouthwash at home with no problems, however, I bought this Pro-Health Clinical while on vacation and both my wife and I ended up with severe irritation of our mouths. My wife went to an urgent care because she thought she had thrush. We both immediately stopped using this mouthwash and within 10 hours our mouth pain disappeared. I've NEVER had a mouthwash do this. There's something wrong with this stuff.Reply from crest.comHace 8 mesesWe're so sorry you and your wife had irritation, and are glad you're starting to feel better. Please know, there are many safety checks in place to help ensure our products are safe to use as directed. The peeling in the mouth is most likely loose layers of dead skin cells. It is normal for these cells to shed in very small clumps, and most people don't notice this. However, when some people use certain oral care products, particularly antiplaque/antigingivitis rinses, this process can be more noticeable. The cells clump together and form visible strings or film. It is typically painless and resolves within a short period of time. We're glad you both discontinued to use this rinse, as this is what we'd recommend. We also ask that you hold onto it so we can collect it. Brown teeth
It makes me teeth brown. Not something to be expected from a clinical rinseReply from crest.comHace 9 mesesWe understand how upsetting it is to find your teeth have become stained, and we appreciate your taking the time to bring this to our attention. We're sharing your experience with our Health and Safety Team. Please know our products are thoroughly evaluated to ensure they're safe to use as directed, and based on your experience, we recommend you discontinue using this mouthwash. Certain versions of Crest Pro-Health Rinse contain cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC), an ingredient that not only helps to fight plaque and gingivitis, but also kills bacteria in the mouth. For a small percentage of people who use the product, after it kills germs in your mouth, those dead germs can collect on the tooth surface and create the appearance of brown stains. This is more likely to happen in hard-to-brush areas. We want to assure you the discoloration is reversible and largely preventable. To help remove and prevent the discoloration, we recommend tartar-control/whitening toothpaste, a power toothbrush, and flossing. Any remaining stains can be removed with dental cleaning. So that we can help you further and learn more about your experience, please give us a call at (800) 285-9139.Saludos,Atención al Cliente0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on crest.com - PaulaTReviewed 9 months ago

Very disappointed with is product, used it twice a day for four days recently and developed inflamed, swollen and sore parodit glands with possible blockage in one. Product dries out the mouth and causes yellowish color to teeth as side effects.Reply from crest.comHace 9 mesesPaula, we're so sorry to hear this rinse left you with inflammation, staining, and dry mouth, and would like to help.
