DO NOT use this product
I recently thought I would try a new mouth rinse, so I decided to try this one. I wish I hadn't. After only using this product for 2 days in a row, I had horrible swelling at the back of my jaw any time I tried to eat. Swelling happened on both sides of my face. This lasted for 3 days before gradually fading away. The swelling was so disruptive any time I tried to eat that I went to the E.R. I ended up missing 2 days of work because of this experience. I will never use this again and most likely will be doing more research before I choose to purchase ANY products from Crest again. After reading many of the other bad experiences here I am VERY surprised that this product is still on the market.

Great product !
My dentist recommended this, I also use it in my water flosser every third time or so. A great product fresh breath, kills germs, and reduces plaque buildup.

Buyer Beware
Unreal. Unreal that this is a real product currently for sale. I recently learned where my "parotid gland" was when looking up why one side of my face and neck was violently inflamed a few hours after rinsing with this bottled poison. When the Netflix documentary about this drops I hope someone at P&G goes to prison.

Effective and leaves my breath smelling great!
This mouthwash has really helped my gums health increase. I had some dental issues along with bleeding gums due to horrible genetics and I can safely say that after introducing this mouthwash into my routine, my entire mouth does feel better. My breath stays very fresh too! I've gone through two bottles of this now and will continue to repeat purchase! The bottle looks nice on the bathroom counter and you get a lot for a good price.

My dentist told me to get this and Rinse two times a day. Has been very good for my gums. I love the cute packaging and it's not expensive. I don't like the flavor but it's different for everybody.

Oral burning and loss of taste
I bought this product yesterday and my mouth is severely burned or affected. It hurts to eat food and water burns my tongue. It really sucks to trust in a brand and then have that product cause more damage than it helps. I'm reading all these reviews of other people going through similar struggles and it is shocking to me that there is no accountability for the chemicals you're suggesting people use daily affecting their lives such. I really hope that time heals this wound but definitely learned my lesson here.

If you’re into chemical burns in your mouth….
I used this 3 times and my mouth is so burned I can hardly eat. My tongue hurts and my sense of taste is diminished. My gums are on fire. I read the other reviews and several people have had similar issues.

If you like to swish with battery acid, go for it.
I bought this product two days ago like my doctor said to. I used it for the first time last night - coincidentally this is also the last time. it was like rinsing with battery acid. I had to spit it out after about 15-20 seconds. Then everything was foamy and metallic tasting. I highly recommend you remove this from your repertoire. I've been using Crest my whole life and this one is a serious miss. My food does not taste amazing today... I know, I know. it's temporary.
