I was happy to receive this product because my family always deals with chest, congestion and coughing every spring fall and winter. The fact that it is a CVS brand tells me that it will work well but also will not be horribly expensive. Always is effective with no side effects that I have. Best value I have found as well. Cough was really bad and it cleared it up super quick. This stuff is magic. It always knocks the sickness right out of me. Dries up post nasal drip and clears the congestion in my head. Works just as well as the name brand formulations.
