I've been having a lot of congestion lately, and these did an okay job, but I felt after about 4 hours they had completely worn off. Good product
Works just as well ad the more expensive brands. Helps thin mucus pretty well and clears chest congestion up. Works over time and long lasting. I like that I don't have to take it as often as other congestion medicine. I like the easy to remove from packaging.
