Works great
We have this in the 24 hour strength, as well as the 12 hours strength, and the 4 hour strength. With allergies, you don't know which strength you will need some days. Some days, you can start with the 4 hour, and then a 12 hour. Other days, you KNOW you need the 24 hour right away.
