    Ehhhh

    I don't feel like this really does anything spectacular in comparison to what's already on the market. It does the same thing as previously tried, similar products.

    Restful nights sleep without over thinking.

    Easy to take capsules. Not chalky or have an after taste. Used before bed on the extra anxious nights paired with my magnesium glycinate and I slept fairly well. The pills are a regular size, nothing tiny but also not a horse pill. Seems like a good value for the benefits of melatonin and ashwagandha. Easy to open bottle, although natural if have a top that was less easy to get into by kids.

    Great to fall asleep

    The packaging was easy to open. The pills were a little large but had little to no taste. They were easy to swallow. They helped me feel relaxed and fall asleep easier. I did notice when taking them that it was harder to fall back asleep if I woke up. Overall they worked and I didn't feel drugged or out of it.

    Perfect anxiety reliever!

    My husband took this to help him with better sleep and stress, and he loved it! It definitely worked as it made him feel less anxious and much more relaxed. It did make him sleepy but I would imagine that is the melatonin working. Overall a great product for stress management! Packaging was very clean.

    OK

    Effectiveness really didn't work for me. I was hoping that it helped me sleeps and it didn't have a side effect. There was really none at all. Packaging was great ingredients need to be changed

    It’s good but needs more than hour to work

    The best part is that the taste is not overwhelming at all. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because it did not really make me super sleepy. I was awake for the most part as usual even after an hour of taking this and then seemed to kick in a little bit. It is good but for it work it definitely needs more than an hour.

    Great supplement vitamin

    CVS health Ashwagandha and mealtonin capsules are packaged well. It is an effective supplemental vitamins. It is great value for the money and it tastes good.

    Does what it says

    It takes a while to see effects, but it's as described. Packaging is easy to open and no big complaints with taste or anything. I would recommend if you need a little help falling asleep
