I got this and was super excited to try it. Love a good supplement before bed. Packaging is simple, value is great. I knocked off one star because there was like a powder coating on the pill that didn't taste great. It did help me relax and I did get a good nights sleep without any weird dreams which I absolutely am all for. I have been using this for a few weeks now and I have found it to be a generically reliable and a somewhat effective supplement. I have not experienced any digestive or additional issues and have found myself to be regularly at peace. It's hard to state with certainty how this has directly impacted my stress and inflammatory levels without quantitative measures, and it is difficult to gauge my energy levels because it could be a placebo for all I know. Ashwagandha has long been known to help with mood. After taking this product for a bit I began to notice a change. I'm so glad that these tablets are vegetarian. They don't have a horrible smell or taste like many tablets. It's hard to tell if vitamins are helping, especially with a short timeframe. That being said, I do feel a difference in stress, anxiety, and hot flashes.
