    Lots of bang in a little pill!

    Easy to swallow gel capsule. I'm not sure if it truly works. As long as it maintains my current brain function, I'm fine with that. I was sent this complimentary to try.

    Good amount

    Comes in a good size bottle with a lot of capsules to last you a while. Doesn't have a weird taste or smell, and overtime I feel less distracted. I like that they're soft gels too

    Affordable alternative to help with mental clarity

    The packaging is very informative and explains all I needed to know about dosage and ingredients. The soft gells are a bit large but are easy to swallow. The fish oil and turmeric are both strong flavors, but I only had a slight aftertaste. I do find that it gives me a bit of energy and alertness while not causing a nervous feeling. It is a store brand, so it helps save on cost but provides the same level of benefits as the more expensive brands.

    No Change

    I have had some issues with my memory and mental clarity recently so I was very excited about this product. I did not notice any changes in my brain function and alertness. I was somewhat disappointed by that.

    Brain fog buster!

    It's hard to tell if it's effective after just a couple weeks of taking. I will say my brain feels less foggy. Good value for the money. There's no taste since it's in pill form. Glad to have given this a try and will continue to ad it to my daily vitamin regiment.

    Good

    I haven't started using them yet, but I've seen the other reviews. The container is large and contains 100 pills, with ingredients that help with memory and brain maintenance.

    Altertness

    I've been taking these for a few weeks and I notice a slight difference in my alertness. The capsules are easy to take and do not have an icky after taste. I haven't noticed any side effects.

    Not sure if it works or not

    Giving this a pretty neutral review because I haven't seen any effects positive or negative after taking these. I appreciate supplements that address brain health, as that's a concern as we age. The ingredients don't interact with my medications, so I'm happy to continue trying this to see how it works.
