So far so good. I do find myself calmer and more clear minded as I study. Doesn't cause any weird stomach issues. Pills are large but swallowable. No weird taste or gag reflex. You can see the ingredients and simple packaging in the picture uploaded. I recommend 100%. No more brain fog!
This supplement helped so much with brain fog! Since I began taking it, I don't feel as cloudy anymore. The pills are a little on the big side, and you have to take two at a time. Easy to swallow gel capsules, no unpleasant taste.
Comes well packaged with easy to understand instructions and supplement facts. Easy to swallow gel capsules, no detectable side effects from my experience. Some supplements make me nauseous. Not these. Not sure how effective yet, but do feel more alert, but no jitters. Good amount of omega 3's which is a plus. No off putting taste. Seem to be effective
I've taken 2 days in a row. I do feel more energetic. I read the ingredients and seem to be OK. Love the full bottle sample. There is no taste which is a plus. Packaging was good. Great supplement for your brain health!!
This supplement combines Omega-3 fatty acids and turmeric. Turmeric is thought to improve mood and memory. I take it every day. Omega-3 is crucial for brain function and supplementation is beneficial especially for those who do not get enough from their food intake. The softgels are larger and may be difficult for some people to swallow. They slide right down for me. Great product for alertness
I took my first tablets yesterday and definitely felt more alert and calm. The ingredients seemed to be well balanced to last all day. Well packaged with a safety seal in tacked. Did not leave any bad taste after taking it.
