Doesnt taste great but helped us all during our last cold spell. I tried it out too and had relief from symptoms when used every 4-6 hours. Affordable and effective!
My son was not feeling well last night so I gave him a dose of the nighttime medicine and he really liked the flavor! His coughing stopped and he had a great night's sleep. He woke up feeling much better. Works as described
This children's medicine product works as described. My kids didn't find the taste to be bad (which sure helps!). My one complaint is that there are artificial color dyes. I'm not sure why we are still putting those in products - let alone children's products. Kid approved
Tis the season when my children bring home viruses that are going around in school. Provides relief
The daytime star ingredient is guaifenesin which provides that thinning of the mucus effect. The nighttime star ingredient is Diphenhydramine which is an antihistamine to help with post nasal drip as well as a cough suppressant so my 8yo can sleep through the night when she has the awful cough. This also contains acetaminophen for pain relief and fever reducing. The CVS brand is just as good as the name brand and much more affordable. My daughter did not complain of the taste as she often does with these types of syrups (we think mixed berry is superior to bubble gum but each kid has their own tastes). There is some controversy surrounding the nasal decongestant ingredient phenylephrine and its efficacy but no harm. Overall the star ingredients I mentioned for each formula really helped to ease symptoms and daughter was able to go to school. Great medicine
I've nevee used a CVS brand of medicine before. This actually came at the perfect time as my child was diagnosedwith strep. The day time helped him a lot he even got more energy. The nighttime helped him sleep even with his cough. I love that it's in a double pack so i don't have to get two.
