Great aid for pain

The CVS health clay based therapy, hot and cold pad compress provides a moist heat. Which is not a heat that I can get from my heating pad. I like the novel clay nontoxic design. I do wish the heat could be a little warmer when I use it. I was careful to only put it in the microwave for the recommended time. I find the strap like an awkward, one shoulder backpack. Amazing.for.pain relief
This hot.amd cold.pack.is one.of the best ones i own. Its easy and convenient to go from cooking to heating. The clay material keeps the temperatureperfect for hours compared to gel packs or ice bags. Excellent pack
My husband used this primarily on his shoulder and forearm. Felt like his arm was locking up and it worked great to help losen the muscles. Easy to use and prepare. Amazing 🤩
