Alleviates my injury
Works wonders for my arm injury. A few years ago I injured my arm in a car accident and it left a hole in my arms. So whenever I make strenuous movements it will swell up. Adustable great for sprains
This pack is wonderful for sprains or sore/swollen joints/muscles.  I put it in the freezer and the clay returns cold very well. I appreciate the adjustability so I can fit on multiple areas of the body. Reusable and easy to use
What a cool idea for a product! The clay packet can be frozen or microwaved depending on what you need. And it can be reused which is so great, unlike a patch-type product. Its not as messy as an ice pack. This product could not have arrived at a better time. I recently started having sever pain and swelling due to health issue I have. Well this was so nice and easy to use. The strap makes it easy to stay put on my shoulder. The great thing about this is its not a gel but clay. So if you warm this up in microwave (its microwave safe) it keeps the heat for longer I noticed. I have a gel heating pad and it does not stay hot as long as this does. Now my only complaint is that the sleeve that the clay goes in is to thick. Makes it hard for me to feel the warm compression. I fixed that by taking it out and putting it in a thinner compress holder. But other than that complaint I have really enjoyed the hot compress the most. I have yet to try the cold because I do not need that option right now. The cold hurts me more. But when I do use it cold I will update. So far I really like and recommend this. But if you like to feel the heat I would switch this to a thinner holder. Work’s wonderfully
This hot and cold compress works wonders. My boyfriend tried it when his shoulder was achy and as soon as he tried it warm he said he could feel a difference immediately. Easy to use and flexible
I mostly use this as a cold compress, it stays cold for at least an hour. The heat doesn't last as long but it's quick to pop in the microwave. The clay is soft easy to conform.
