    I’m a hot mess

    Omg! This has done wonders for my sprained ankle and my joints. I'm a hot mess honestly and my body always hurts. I love how it's reusable as well. Will be using it all too much

    Worked well, but....

    I received this from Influenster free for my honest review...i loved this using the hot directions. Stayed the right temperature the whole 20 mins stated. The fabric part that makes contact with your skin is a good size BUT the elastic band would be nicer if it was more accommodating for all sizes. Its a little small for plus sized people. For the cold use i did not like the plastic clay pouch was cold to the touch but once it was put in the pouch and on my body the vold only lasted for maybe 4 mins. Would continue to use for the hot benefits.

    Good quality hot/cold clay therapy compress

    This was my first time trying a clay compress. Usually I use gel packs which melt quickly or ice which can be messy. The clay compress was surprisingly easy to use. You can freeze the clay pack for about an hour. It stayed cold for a while. You are supposed to let it return to room temperature before heating. It heats up rather quickly in the microwave and remained hot. It's heavy so it stays in place. The clay pad comes with a cloth sleeve to insert the clay pouch into so that it doesn't touch the skin. The cloth sleeve also has an adjustable strap. Since I always have muscle aches, pains this is a great product to have handy. Especially since it can be used for both hot and cold therapy treatments.

    Hot & Cold Compress

    This is a great compress to use if you want a natural way to relieve aches and pains. I love that it's a reusable compress that's freezable and microwaveable. It also has a convenient adjustable strap. It helps soothe anything from headaches to toothaches to cramps. It's great to have one product that treats a variety of different needs and is accessible to most people.

    Incredible pain relieving therapy

    I absolutely love this hot and cold clay based compress! It's freezable or microwaveable! It has a great soft Velcro pouch that allows you to wrap it around your shoulder, leg, or knee and it stays put allowing you to multitask!

    Gets the job done

    This product does the job! It holds temperature very well and feels great if you have cramps. The outer cover and strap feel fairly cheap though.

    Better than a bag of peas!

    The clay inset stays flexible when cold. The cover is perfect for allowing you to feel the cold or heat without overwhelming your skin AND it has an adjustable strap! Considering the fact that the instructions advise using this for 15-20 minutes every 1-2 hours, the heat and cold last long enough. A good item to keep around; save those peas for dinner!
