    Can definitely feel the coldness

    packaging came a little rough. As i opened it, it looked fine so it wasnt a big deal. i put the patch on my wrist because i was having pain. I did really feel the coldness of it and it felt weird but it was working. After a little bit i took it off, not to expect the coldness sensation to still be there after an hour. I just wish it goes away immediately after taking it off

    Great pain relief

    These work great for temporary relief. I wear them to work to relieve neck pain. The smell is a little strong but other than that it's a great deal for the price.

    So good

    So i cant give these enough thumbs up or stars. They are super adhesive, stay on for hours, and work for hour's!!! I was feeling the cooling effects like 6 hrs or more later. They are easy to use, and i personally love the strong mint smell.

    Very intense sensation!

    I think these are worth it I have extreme back pain. The scent is not super strong but the cooling hot effect is amazing. They stretch out a lot which is good because I'm bigger. They come in individual packs inside the box too.
