    Good but makes me drowsy.

    This product does work, it alleviates symptoms and helps you feel better. However, this product is supposed to be for daytime and a generic for DayQuil, but it makes you very drowsy and foggy. So if you need this to get you through the day and be productive I would not recommend.

    I'd missed a lot of work at my (very physical) job due to a persistent respiratory infection with a nasty cough. These caplets enabled me to get back to work without drowsiness which would have made me unable to operate equipment.
