Won't turn off after 2 months
I had high hopes for this flosser but in less than two months it's broken. I should say that it will turn on but you can't turn it off without opening the bottom and removing the batteries EVERY TIME YOU USE IT. I purchased this using my Medicare Advantage credits and called them to ask what they could do (after all it was $40!!) and they told me that since 45 days had passed they couldn't do anything about it. Shame on CVS for selling such a crappy product and then not standing behind it. Not a good product
I ordered this product on my OTC plan. This product is not worth using. It is difficult to fill water reservoir. When pressing the power button you need all the strength you can muster to turn off. I am disappointed in this product.
It is difficult to fill the container. It has to be filled sideways and my sink does not allow me. To hold it completely sideways because it is rather small. Also I would like pulsing to be optional. faulty power button
I ordered the flosser through my OTCH benefits so I do not have documentation to return it. Once powered, on the power button will not turn off. The only way to stop it is to remove the batteries which requires a coin to open to battery compartment. Very frustrating (sometimes end up flossing my ears and the walls). At times the flosser just starts up without being touched after replacing the battery cover and setting it on the counter. Broken after 2 months use
Battery's were always falling out of it since I bought it had to tape it so they would stay in , yesterday after 2 months use the on button jammed and got stuck in and wouldn't stop spraying all over had to throw out.
