It was working until the other day when I turned it on and there was no water coming out. Great price, can easily put in suitcase or purse to use on the go.. that is what I got and it works. Not powerful like an electric one but it works fine and does the job well. Cannot find replacement parts
The flossing system is not bad and good for travel. The problem we are having now is that ours is still realtively new and we accidentally bent one of the flossing heads and now we cannot find a replacment for it. I would have rated this item higher if I was able to replace the flossing head. I have looked eerywhere. I noticed that others were having the same issue. Take the good with the bad.
The flosser is a useful addition to my travel needs. I bought this one to leave at my son's house where I visit often. The tips have no brush or soft Protection against your gums. It is lightweight, which is nice, but it seems easy to break if dropped. I like it. It is small and does not take up much space. I would buy it again if I had another location that needed to be equipped with a water flosser. Find it to be difficult to use & the spray is not powerful enough for good cleaning. Lasted approximately 10 months (normal???)
CVS Hydro Clean Water Flosser. Worked well for approximately 10 months. I was using rechargeable batteries. Last night was flossing, sounded like batteries lost power, recharged batteries (didn t work), tried new batteries (still didn t make a sound). Just quit working.
