Initially, I thought this product was satisfactory. My wife purchased it in-store for a fraction of the price it is currently selling at. We used it as a diffuser with essential oils in the tank. My only complaint is that it required cleaning after every use (due to the essential oils). The tank was was difficult to clean and required a large amount of vinegar, most likely because the water tank is not removable and you are essentially forced to swish a vinegar and water mixture around to clean it. There is also no filter in the unit, so the manual warns that you have to use distilled water. Both the vinegar and the distilled water add to the operational cost of the unit. Notice my use of the word "was." After approximately 1.5 to 2 months of usage, I noticed that water was leaking out of the bottom. I wasn't sure if that was just excess water from cleaning, so I allowed the water to drain and carefully wiped the unit. I plugged in the unit and there was a spark. Easy to use awesome product
