Fits an Oral-B handle OK and brushes OK. However, the rotating brush disk pivots up and down a little (you can see the end of the metal shaft that it pivots on in the photo on the package). As it pivots it creates a little gap at the top or bottom that your inner lip can get caught in and then it pivots the other way and your lip is squeezed between the shaft and the rotating disk. I'm throwing out the unused 2. I can't stand it any more.
