The good thing about this heating pad is that you can return it, no matter how long ago you bought it, since it's a cvs brand product. My first heating pad only lasted 4 months (with daily use, usually about 10 hr/day). So, not great, but not horrible since it's only $30. However, I've had other heating pads that lasted multiple years with the same amount of use. My first one had an adequate amount of heat; I usually used it on the 3 setting, out of 4, which was fairly hot. My new one did not get as hot, even at the 4 setting. I'll probably return this one as well and try another cvs brand one. It's worth a try, since you can only ways return it, but it's not the best heating pad. I would also recommend getting a weighted cover (I got mine from Amazon), so you can put the heating pad in and have some weight on it to put more heat on your skin. Had less than 6 months and stopped working
This has a 4 year warranty. When you call the number there's a recorded message that no agents are available to take your call. This is a rip-off. Product doesn't heat up for very long and then stops working. I returned it. Dont buy this item it sucks

PURCHASED THIS ITEM IN NOV USED IT A FEW TIMES AND NOW IT DOESN'T WORK! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! BASED ON OTHER REVIEWS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM.
