    Great value.

    These patches are great and a great value compared to others. Large enough to cover lower back or even wrap around leg or arm. Instant relief once applied with cold then slowly turns to warm and long lasting. Comes in a resealable pack since it comes in a pack of 3.

    These Extra Strength cold & hot patches are a game-changer for me! The XL size covers a decent area, and the combo of cold and hot relief works wonders. Three patches per pack give good value for the relief they provide. Definitely my go-to for soothing those pesky aches and pains.

    Didn’t work on my lumbar pain

    I applied the adhesive to my lumbar area. I felt the menthol for about 10 minutes. I did not feel heat nor cold I later laid on top of my heating pad, which worked better with the medicated patch.

    Best patches

    These are a miracle, they are long lasting wear. You can feel the hot and cold sensation. Soothes my lower back when I'm in extreme pain. Definitely recommend

    Work well!

    These work perfectly well for sore and aching muscles, like after you work out or sleep weirdly. I can't compare them to other patches because I haven't tried them before, but these definitely provided relief for me.

    eficaz

    I used to buy that other brand for my mom, but they're quite expensive and don't last long, so l've been trying to find better alternatives. I had an opportunity to give this one a try. I didn't have high hopes that it was going to be effective. My mom was surprised it worked almost immediately upon application. You could definitely feel the hot and cold sensation, which was very comforting for her back. The XL was pretty impressive. You could even cut it in half if you want to place it in multiple areas.

    These are a lifesaver it instantly relieves pain the minute the patch goes on and last awhile after being applied great for people who suffers from back pain

    Works well when applied well

    Both my partner and i tried these patches, mine on my upper back and him on his lower back. Both worked well and provided decent relief from pain. No strong smell or tacky residue. My partner did say that where he placed his had body hair, and that seemed to effect its wearability, but also didnt hurt when removing, so a pro and a con.
