I have arthritis under my kneecap and the patch is large enough to cover my entire knee. Each patch is thin and are easy to apply. Just peel and stick! They really adhere nicely, but not in a sticky way. Best for lower back!
I've received a box of Extra Strength Cold & Hot Medicated Patches from Influenster in return for my honest review. I had lower back surgery in 2018; and not being a fan of pain meds Im always in search of ways to sooth my lower back pain. These patches are perfect for when I get home from teaching all day on my feet! I love how big they are to cover all of my lover back and not just a little part like others. Back pain relief!

Works well for back and side pain
My husband used this for some back issues. Work really well
These patches works really well if you have back pain. I like that it's big enough to cover a lot of area. If I need smaller area, I just need to cut it smaller. I like that it hot & cold as in summer I definitely don't want to stick anything hot on my body. Perfect for back pain
These patches were perfect for the back pain that my husband and I deal with. He works construction and is constantly lifting heavy things and bending down so his back hurts.
