This helps....
Not a permanent fix but definitely a temporary heal! This is packed nicely and quite big. The smell is a slight menthol but you don't smell it til you open the package. I have one on now and I have extreme back issues. So this is a nice feeling when you're in pain.

Really works
I’ve tried these before and I think it’s really helpful the thing that people don’t know is that you have to cover your body tightly when you apply it or at least that’s what old people say where I’m from but I do recommend it

this has been amazing for my lower back! I sit at a desk all day and my back hurts so bad by the end of it, this has given me so much relief, I'll definitely be keeping them in my cabinet for when I need them

Husband Approves
I received this product in exchange for my honest thoughts. My husband has a bad back. He often comes home in pain. He's also stubborn and refuses to take medicine for relief. Even temporary relief is relief. So, when I saw that I was being sent these - I sprung into action. I was not going to take no for an answer. Surprisingly, he was all for testing it out. As of this review, he has only tested out one patch out of the three. But, I felt compelled to write the review due to his results/experience. I helped assist putting on the patch in the middle section of his back (where a lot of the pain and tension is located) This can be a one person job, and does not require two people. When I was putting it on his back, I was immediately hesitant and questioned whether or not this patch would stay intact for the full duration. It's worth noting, my husband has a super hairy back. I was skeptical, to be honest. I didn't think it would stay. Color me surprised - the patch stayed intact the entire time. On his hairy back. It did not budge. I was impressed. As was my husband. He stated that he was surprised at how well the patch worked. He noticed significant pain relief while wearing it. It's the first time in a long time, in which he didn't come home complaining about his back. He's eager to continue to use the remaining patches, and has specifically told me that he is going to purchase. For someone who was super stubborn about doing anything about his back pain, in just one use of the patch, he's now wanting to incorporate it into his daily routine. Fair warning, when you first get the patch out for use - you'll notice a strong scent. This scent is only noticeable when first using, and goes away quickly.

It's huge
I've tried a few different brands of these patches and these are the biggest ones I've seen! I included a pic with my hand on it to compare. These ARE COLD...honestly a little too cold for me. They do, however, work. I have shoulder pain and it took the pain away!

Great for a short time
I've used these patches for awhile now when my back hurts! I love that these are large and cover where I need it to on my lower back! Instant cool! Feels like an ice pack is on my back! The scent isn't too bad! It last for serval hours! I will keep using when needed!

Actually worked!
I used to buy that other brand for my mom, but they're quite expensive and don't last long, so I've been trying to find better alternatives. I had an opportunity to give this one a try. I didn't have high hopes that it was going to be effective. My mom was surprised it worked almost immediately upon application. You could definitely feel the hot and cold sensation, which was very comforting for her back. The XL was pretty impressive. You could even cut it in half if you want to place it in multiple areas.

Hot oack
Love icy hot and this works just as well. I like the large size they come in. Easy to use and take off. Helpful for those sore backs and pains. Lasts for hours like it slays on the box
