    Help relieves pain

    It helped me to relieve my back pain but Not a big fan of the smell. Also, it is supposed to be cold and hot patches, however I only felt a cold sensation. Other than that it worked pretty well!

    Love these for my lower back pain!!

    I love the X-Large size. It cover all of my back and working great. After hard exercise I always have a back pain next days but wile I sleeping use this patch next day I am fine.

    Takes away pain

    I received this product complimentary from Influenster for my review and honest opinion. This product definitely has a strong menthol scent to it initially, but I didn't notice it as much when I put it on. The product seemed easy enough to apply but, was a little difficult to put on my own back. There is a cold tingling feeling that was immediately felt, and it didn't take long before it seemed to help with the achiness. I kept it on for about four hours before bed, and it seemed to still be a cool feeling! I didn't feel like the patch stuck real well and had to keep adjusting it from rolling down. I had to pull my pants up to try and help it stay on. It would be pretty annoying if I was active and trying to move around. It helped but could use some improvement on adherence to the skin.

    Standard product, poor packaging

    Standard hot and cold patches. I really dislike that these come in one resealable package instead of being individually wrapped, it makes the individual patch less saturated with product

    Covers large area, long lasting relief

    I have off and on lower back pain and these patches definitely helped provide some temporary relief. The patch was very large which was nice, but I did have a little issue with getting it to stick initially. Once it was stuck down it stayed in place for a good four hours.

    Great!

    These are great! I find they can get a little hot at first but they're definitely great for on the go. I typically find I prefer the experience with the brand name better, though

    Helps during PMS

    I have always liked using these hot patches on my lower back. They especially help during your period when your back hurts. They are a little tricky to get on your back alone, but just start with one end then slowly take the adhesive off along your back.

    Maximum relief

    This box has three patches. Size is X-Large. When I opened it I was amazed on how big they are. They cover all the lower back which is usually where I suffer my back pain also my partner. We both tried the patches and felt relieved. When put on at first it feels cold but as the first minutes passed it felt warm. Both sensations were relieving. The menthol ointment feels nice to breathe as well. My experience with this patch was very positive. I used on my lower back due to sciatic pain and herniated discs pain also on my arm due to a pinch nerved on my elbow that cause pain to my upper arm towards my neck. I do recommend trying!
