Within an hour of taking this product I became very tired. Fell asleep with the lights on. That being said, the gummies have the characteristic poor taste and mouth drying of melatonin. Great night

Tastes disgusting but does the trick.
Two stars because they definitely worked in helping me sleep - better than most, in fact. The low rating is due to them tasting so bad that I never want to try them again. Does help you sleep
First a big thank you to cvs and Influenster for allowing me to review this product. After trying them one thing I really liked was how much they do help you to fall asleep. For me I usually have trouble falling asleep at night due to having lots of preparation for work the next morning. After taking one of these chews I fell asleep without any heads up which was a bit nice for me because I got a restful sleep. However what was a bit concerning is these gummies aren't FDA approved which is a bit scary because I am not sure if they wouldn't react well with any medication I have to take. Also the only thing I didn't like is the flavor. There was no taste at all even though you can smell the mint. Overall these gummies were pretty good they did there job. This really works!!
I have tried melatonin in the past and it hasn't worked so I was reluctant to try this. I was pleasantly surprised that this one was so effective! Gets you sleepy fast!

Ok melatonin gummies
I take melatonin gummies and have tried many different brands. The first thing I noticed was that the flavor is a bit more muted, and more tart. It's also a bit chewier than others. Unfortunately, as a sleeping aid it did not work as well as others. Goodnight!
I've used many different sleep gummies and always been a huge fan of Olly. These have a very similar taste to the original Olly sleep gummies-minty with a hint of fruity blackberry. In my opinion, these gummies work just as well too! With these, I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep without feeling groggy in the morning. I'm not sure if it's the ritual of taking a sleep gummy or the Lemon Balm and L-Theanine but I feel so relaxed before falling asleep! I would imagine these are quite a bit cheaper than Olly gummies and so comparable in every way!
