Helpful and tastes good
These tablets are a simple way to avoid negative GI effects from eating dairy. I keep some in my car, work bag, and purse just in case an opportunity arises to eat something containing dairy. Just chew one up right before I eat & no bloating etc. perfect. Vanilla flavor makes it more enjoyable2 users found this review helpful.
