I've tried a handful of probiotics over the years, but this one from CVS Health is by far my favorite. Felt lighter
What I appreciate most is that it's gentle on my stomach-no harsh side effects or sudden urgency like some other digestive aids I've tried. Took them for three days already and I can always see the difference. Sometimes you're not eat chicken my stomach taste so bloated and really gassy but with this probiotic it helps a lot with my bloating and I've been burning anymore. Work well
So far these probiotics have worked nicely to keep me regular and to really keep the bloating down. My wife is a big fan of them as well because they're gentle on her stomach and don't cause any discomfort. I got these probiotics from Influenster and they are very effective. I have problems with bloating and gas and they helped me a lot. They come in ready to take vegan capsules with no taste.
