    Ingredients listed are not accurate

    We avoid hydrogenated (or partially hydrogenated) oils which is why I was excited to find these. However the ones that arrived, listed this as the second ingredient. CVS was great about returning them.

    The new flavor tastes like soap

    The tropical fruit flavor is the worst but there's something in this tablets that leaves a soapy aftertaste. They are disgusting. Looking online to try to find a better way to treat lows because these glucose tablets used to be perfect but now are inedible. They also seem to get moldy faster. Bring back the old glucose tablets!

    Horrible Aftertaste

    I have loved the CVS/Dex 4 brand tropical blast. I tried this one because I couldn't find the Dex 4 brand anymore and these ones were awful. Will never use again. I've been a T1D for 30 years and these were up there with some of the worst tasting. Please go back to Dex 4

    Excellent product

    I have tried many different flavors of many different brands of glucose products and this flavor of CVS is my favorite of all. Favorite flavor and favorite brand. I never like having to take glucose tablets, however if I need to consume quite a few to recover from a substantial miss step, at least the flavor does make me nauseated as so many others do. They truly taste like a big sweet tart and they work fast to correct a low blood sugar, large or small. This, in my opinion is a very fine product.

    great product

    I use glucose tablets on a regular basis to deal with low blood sugar. These work great, and this flavor is my favorite.

    Works perfectly

    Everytime I have low blood sugar, I eat a few of these tablets and my blood sugar returns to normal.
