Great for kids that get backed up
My 7 year old daughter was having GI issues from not eating enough fruits and veggies so I added these to her diet…they helped tremendously

Tasts very good but didn't move me
This product tastes delightful. I hoped it would work but it really didn't. Just an expensive candy treat. My bowels did not move at all. I ended up eating some apples and almonds- they worked same day.
