    Leaked water everywhere as soon as I turned it on! Had to return for refund.

    Great Humidifier!

    The size is nice. I like that it doesn't light up. It holds a nice amount of water and the spout that releases the steam can be moved to two different directions allowing for more coverage.

    Good price and quality, lightweight machine

    Works like description says, very easy use to and operate A gallon will Last throughout the night depending on the setting if needed for to good nights rest and want to sleep straight thru the night.

    Broke after 3months

    I bought this humidifier last year for my Dad because to help him with his health condition due to humidity but it only worked for 3 months and stopped. When I checked the coil inside was stuck causing a breakage and leaks. It worked perfectly fine until then.

    Stopped Working After 2 Months. Not reliable.

    We run the humidifier in my mom's bedroom at night to address a persistent hacking cough, which impacts her sleep (and her health), as well as that of those around her (her husband, me, my husband, other overnight caregivers). We liked the cool or heated vapor option, but only used the cool option. We only operated the humidifier for four 30-minute intervals in the night, using a timer. We cleaned the filter weekly as recommended. It worked fine for about 2 months, then it suddenly stopped working. We checked the outlet and breaker. Both were fine. Other devices worked with them. We cleaned the filter and the entire base again. Still not working. At this point, the humidifier has taken up much more time and effort than it is worth. Mom remains without a working humidifier, and her hacking has returned.

    Not impressed but not disappointed.

    The positive: -Even on a low setting it puts out a strong mist. -The directional nozzle is great to aim right at you if you are using it for congestion. -Easy to clean because of the large cap on the tank. I can fit my hand inside to wipe all surfaces. -Quiet except for a dripping/flowing sound of the water. So that's kind of peaceful? The negative: -The cap has a small stick with a spring in it that comes out. If it isn't lined up perfectly then water leaks everywhere when placing the tank back on the base. Even if the stick is in there water still leaks out. Why isn't the cap fully sealed?? - Warm mist didn't feel that different from the cool mist - Lights on the control dials are pretty bright. - A gallon of water only lasted one night. That was on a med-low setting. Overall I will keep it because it did help when I was sick. But probably wouldn't buy this one again. It's not that expensive as far as humidifiers go, so you get what you pay for.

    Has Leaked Twice

    Humidifier has leaked twice so far-soaked my whole night stand and carpet. I have tried readjusting position of base and everything, but it has leaked a lot! Super upsetting, I was excited about this product!
