Good enough
I bought this bc I'm having some elbow issues and just wanted a little reminder not to overuse my arm and to get some compression on the ligaments around my elbow. It gets the job done… to an extent. I bought the largest size and it barely fits so this may be more versatile for someone who doesn't workout out. It fits but it is tight and every now and then I'd like to be able to adjust it better.

It isn't made very good , low quality.
It did not support my elbow. It didn't give me any help for my arm.

It's uncomfortable and does not stay closed. The Velcro is not secure.
