Seems effective at least in short term
I'm not sure of the long term effects but I took a month's supply of this probiotic, especially while I was traveling overseas to Australia. The CVS brand probiotic works just as expected but at a much price than other competitors. Great for gut

Effective once daily pill
The CVS Everyday Care Probiotic Dietary Supplement is an easy to take once daily, one pill probiotic that also contains prebiotic stains. The combination helps to balance intestinal floral. Would not recommend to purchase
The product doesn't taste like anything which is good because I thought it would have a chalky feel but it doesn't. However, I thought this would help more with my bowel movements and going to the bathroom more frequently but it didn't.
