    Extra Help in reducing pain and helping you sleep.

    This product was most helpful if I needed something to help me sleep but also take care of the pain that I still had after having knee surgery. I found it to be as effective as Tylenol Extra Strength PM but a lower price.

    Gives me relief and allows me to sleep.
