Do not buy this. This do anything it claims to do. It just doesn't work. It seems to make things worse. My nose is still very plugged up and now I can't breathe. This causes a heaviness in the chest. The worst Tasting Cough Medicine in history
Seriously, do not buy this unless you have no choice. The taste defies description. Imagine combining someone's coke bottle tobacco spittoon and a vaguely cherry scented dish soup with a dash of cocoa and implying It's a generic form of robitussin. Horrible taste
The product itself worked ok IF you could ingest it without vomiting from the AWFUL taste.
