One size available
The one size is great if you are a sumo wrestler/ linebacker! A normal sized woman would be able to wrap this almost twice around her neck. Your Head Weighs Ten Pounds
If your neck hurts, then lessen the pain by taking the weight off and wear this collar, I am amazed how this collar fit well being adjustable.
