I like the design and quality
I'm very happy with the product. I especially like the design that is light and functional versus other designs. I will definitely keep this type of design in mind in the future. The price is also a very good value and worth the purchase. I would buy this product again.0 users found this review helpful. - Sí, recomiendoCallieReviewed 1 week agoValor De 5Cumple mis expectativasDe 5Calidad De 5
New design is SO GOOD!!
I have expensive mouth guards from dentist...and this one is WAY BETTER!! It fits great, and is less cumbersome than full top dental guards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!0 users found this review helpful. - Reviewed 2 weeks agoSí, recomiendoValor De 5Cumple mis expectativasDe 5Calidad De 5
Was not what I was expecting
Nowhere on the packaging did it say the mouth guard was for the bottom teeth. Poor packaging.Reply from Customer Relations Representative2 weeks agoHi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS No Boiling Dental Guards . Did not fit
The guard was too big. It really bothered my back teeth and mouth. The front part went out too far. I had a different guard before with no problems that covered the front teeth also. It worked much better.Reply from CVS Customer Relations Representative1 month agoHi Mary, we are sorry to hear about you were unhappy with CVS Health No Boiling Dental Guards. My first Thoughts after 1 use.
Firstly, this night guard is not cheap! I went against my dentist's suggestion of the HEB night guard that is only $17. I used it last night first time, somewhat uncomfortable. Does not fit snug and moves around, feels loose. I only used 1 for the bottom teeth per the instructions. After about an hour I fell asleep @ 10:20 pm and STAYED asleep until 6am (bathroom wakeup). My jaw DID NOT hurt for the first time in a long time! (treating TMJ) I think it does work...time will tell. I recommend giving it a try!1 users found this review helpful. - Sí, recomiendoAndrewReviewed 4 months agoValor De 5Cumple mis expectativasDe 5Calidad De 5
Ouch!
It molds and fits fine enough, but the bottom is hard plastic! My teeth hurt just as much as they would have in the morning if I wouldn't have used the guard, because the bottom teeth are just smashed and scraping against the hard plastic. See photo after just one night showing the indentations from my bottom teeth. Not comfortable at all. And how much plastic did I eat? Sure this keeps the top and bottom teeth apart, but at the cost of the bottom teeth. Again, ouch.Reply from Customer Relations RepresentativeHace 4 mesesHi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Health No Boiling Dental Guards . More comfortable than I expected
I'm at the age and circumstance where I'm drowning in stress--I'm a mom, a wife, a grad student, and a special ed teacher. It should come as no surprise that I started grinding my teeth in my sleep to the point where I am now experiencing a tiny painful crack that is requiring an expensive and anxiety-inducing root canal. My dentist has been nagging me to get a dental guard for a couple of years. I did get one once, but it was grossly uncomfortable. This one, though, ain't so bad. I wear it with my CPAP mask and lean in to middle age like a champ. It molds to your teeth after you heat it up in a cup of hot water. Then, you submerge it in cold water and presto, you have a pretty decently comfortable teeth grinder guard that should save you some pain and money in the long run. I told my dentist it was okay for him to say, "I told you so." But he was gracious and said nothing as he handed me the referral to the root canal center.1 users found this review helpful.
