It was wrapped in so much plastic. It was hard to even get off. It took almost 5 minutes. then I could not even figure out how to spray it pretty sure, there is some defect or a way over complicated bottle. Product Excellent- Container hard to get into
I've never had any product for my dry nose & this brought instant relief. But getting into the product almost had me in tears.
