So I called the CVS customer service line, I spoke to a rep who was very polite and did give me my options to rectify the issue with the heating pad not working after a month of having it. She put me through to the manager of the store I shop at (822 middle country road in Selden) and I explained to the gentleman on the phone the situation , and I explained I was NOT looking to exchange the product because I did not want to have the same issue a month later. I just didn't have the box it came in when purchased. He said it wasn't a problem, wanted to know how I paid and I told him via debit card, I also told him I had a virtual receipt. So I go to get the refund and after all was said and done, I get told I cannot get my refund of the purchase back on my debit (and it was the correct card because the receipt I have on the app tells me the last 4 digits on the card I used when originally purchased), because the store doesn't allow refunds on the card look up. So best they can do is give me back what I paid for on a cvs gift card. This ruined my plans of going elsewhere for a different heating pad. Way to keep the money in the company cvs. The people in store I dealt with were lovely, so was the rep I spoke with on the customer care line. Cost was a little high for this product.

Not worth it

Stopped working after 1 month

I saw this heating pad and had to purchase it.
My husband was in a lot of pain, his neck and shoulder. I went to get pain pills and when I turned around, I saw this heating pad. I was extremely happy because it cared for his neck and his shoulder. This is the best thing ever. It really helped him a lot. Relieves tired & aching shoulders

Save your money & time!
0 stars! But they won't let you continue til u give it a "1" Constantly, which became daily, had to pull plug to reset blinking light and warmth. It doesn’t work
Like the other reviews it worked well for a few times and then the dreaded blinking light. Just seems like it should have lasted a bit longer than a few months.
