It was easy to assemble and appears to be of good quality. It folds compactly and fits in the trunk of our car. Drove to a CVS about 30 miles away because they had one in stock. Got home and unpacked - lots of small parts and a zip-lock bag of screws, washers and nuts. That doesn't look right. Instructions say to open the frame. I've got what looks like parts for a frame, but nothing "opens" Then it occurs to me. This was returned and re-sold as new. And the previous buyer took it completely apart and crammed into the box. Nobody checked that all was there. How would they know? So, without instructions, I figured it out. However, the screws that set the height are missing. I'll figure out a way to make it worth. But, I need it at home NOW, so I'm not going through the disassembly process. I would like the screws for setting the handles. I did end up with some parts that I have no idea what they are.
