So I was desperate, the pain was so intense from curling iron burn, I grabbed it by the barrel!! (So dumb, I didn't realize it was left on!) Anyway over an hour later and running cold water on it was the only thing helping, so I googled things to help and this product popped up, so I ran up to CVS, thank goodness they were in stock!! Game changer!!!!!!!! It says on there to use a roll of gauze to wrap it to stay in place if needed, so ignore the other reviews! I did that and used medical tape to hold gauze in place. I kid you not, within an hour the pain was gone.. the blistering diminished, and the redness was all gone the next morning when I went to shower. I reapplied a fresh one to get me through the work day today, just in case. It didn't really cool it, but whatever is in it, made the sting and pain go away!!!! This product felt wonderful on my burn, but it dried out within a couple of hours. It really didn’t help my burn at all
I bought this product after I received a burn in my wrist but it didn't do anything for it. I felt coolness for the first few seconds and that's it.
