Used this pill case for 2 weeks and hinge on the lids easily break off. The lids are attached to the case with two small plastic pieces at the hinge. If one plastic piece breaks the lid is useless. Distinctive and colorful compartments plus easy push button latch to open each compartment separately. Doesn’t Work!
I bought this pill planner for my elderly mother to make it easier for her to take her daily medications. Unfortunately, the push button to open each day does not work! When you push the button with one finger, nothing happens; you need another hand to open the cap while holding down the button with the other hand. I have bought similar items in the past that cost way less and worked much better than the CVS brand! It should just pop open with the touch of one finger! And, to make matters even worse, the cost was OUTRAGEOUS - $15.00 - thankfully I had a coupon, but, way too much for an item that does not work! Please do not purchase this item! !I would very much appreciate a FULL REFUND!!!! And, now CVS is making me write at least a 250 characters before publishing in the hope that I will give up and go away! They will not let me enter my name or email address - I guess CVS really doesn't want others to know the truth! Has anyone ever had this problem writing a review from CVS??? How many words does it take to say - It doesn't work and it's too expensive!, Still won't let me enter my name and email! And, the website doesn't count your words and you have no idea how many more words you need to get to 250 characters! I think the website is programmed to not publish any review once you type - it doesn't work!!!
