They didn't stick to my shoes. They came off and fell into shoe under my feet. I threw them away before I got home. Do not buy
$7 for poorly made product. This item does not stick to shoe. Don’t bother with this
The adhesive does not adhere to shoes and falls off easily. Comfortable Heal Liners

They did not stick for long
The heel liners did not stick as well as I had hoped.
