    Great Joint Health Supplement

    My physical therapist (for lymphedema) suggested Tumeric for joint health and inflamation reduction. Far easier on your system than NSAIDs. I take it morning and evening.

    Turmeric for Joint Pain

    Turmeric was recommended by my MD for joint pain/stiffness. It seems to really help. My fingers and knees are not as stiff and much of the pain has subsided. Great alternative to more expensive brand name joint health products.

    CVS herbal turmeric - no black pepper
