Great For On the Go
These packets are great when you need quick hydration on the go. The lemon lime flavor is refreshing and not too strong. You don't need the whole packet for one drink either which is nice.

Works well and tastes decent
Love the individual packets, easy to bring on the go. Dissolves quickly and definitely quenches dehydration. Flavor is not amazing but definitely does not taste bad.

Opens fast
If you're diabetic, this is a must! It makes as well and water it taste good it works, and it's fast to open up and get into you! I recommend it and use it daily

Great hydration powder!
If you need a drink that will boost your energy, then this hydration powder does the job! It does have a strong salty taste but I think the taste is what boosts your energy. It even removed my headache after drinking it. It mixes well with water and the packaging is simple and effective.

Pros: Refreshing, absorbs fast, and provides instant hydration. Perfect for active lifestyles. But 60 calories Verdict: Excellent for quick hydration, especially after exercise. Rating: 8/10.

Good and hydrating!
Great and cheaper alternative compared to Liquid IV! The taste is the exact same, just a lower cost! I would definitely buy these again if I needed.
