Great for getting over, or preventing a cold.
One or two packets every day will help fight off the flu. During the COVID epidemic before the vaccines were administered, I took 3 every two days to help get over the very mild version of COVID that I contracted, then kept doing to prevent it from happening again. If I feel that I might have the cold, or been around someone who was sick, then I would have one as a just-in-case measure.0 users found this review helpful.

Taste was horrible
I bought the cranberry pomegranate thinking the combination would be great but it wasn't. Had to drink it fast.
