These tape strips are definitely handy to have around. Definitely helps with wraps and bandages that you have to put in pesky areas that just won't hold on their own. Good choice
I love those strips and use it frequently. I often run and hit the gym to improve my physical health. In order to reduce the ankle and muscle pain, I have to do the warm up but things are easier with the tape strips. These help pain so much. Highly recommend to anyone who is having pain but still wants to workout. I don't know how they work but it's like magic. They make movement much easier. Great for injuries.
I have had a athletic injury to my elbow for many years from when I played sports and now that I a bit older it really acts up when I work out. I have been applying and using this kinesiology tape to my elbow (taught from my physical therapist) and it does wonders for my comfort when working out. My husband uses this tape when he plays soccer. So far no complaints and it lasts a full hour game. When taking it off it does not leave and tape residue and it us very easy to slide off. Would definitely recommend.0 users found this review helpful.
