L-Lysine 500 mg is supporting collagen and tissue. Taken once a day at meal time and usually I take it with breakfast. I like that the size of the pill is noted on the bottle. works well
I keep Lysine on hand in the winter for when I get a cold sore. I usually get one a year. It works to dry it up after taking it for a few days. Noticed a glow in my skin!
I believe in most vitamins and minerals and especially those that are sold at a CVS retailer. With my use of these L Lysine caplets,I've noticed a glow in my skin;even after only one week! And that,at 63 years old,gives me a little more hope that these vitamins do help us sustain that of what we are lacking from a regular diet. Thanks for allowing me to test them,Bazaar/Tryitsampling,because most of us would have been non the wiser. Amazing vitamins
These are amazing vitamins they help me produce milk a lot better make my hair grow and give me plenty of energy during the day to take care of my little one all day and night.
